This week is deload week. All of these workouts are very quick. So stomp on the gas and use the extra time to work on your mobility and to sneak in some extra family time.

A: Great couplet here. The ring dips could get hard, but try to push through. If you've never done over head squats, consider calling down. Post your time to the comments.

B: This triplet is ridiculously fast. This purely a test of how hard you can push yourself. No strategy here. Just go. Post your time to the comments.

C: Nice run or row here. Nothing too hard, just a nice pace.

D: Another lung burner to round out the week. The rowing will definitely compound on the thrusters and make those legs heavy. Push through here. Post your time to the comments.

Wx2: Don't forget about your two walking days. Do at least two 30 minute sessions this week (see if you can sneak in a third). Involve the family, take the dogs, or go solo to clear your head.

Vocabulary for the week:

  • RFT= prescribed amount of rounds for time- as quickly as possible with good form

  • DU= Double unders

  • DB= dumbbell
